No liability shields were included in the final versions of any of the
stimulus bills. Your state might have one; about half of the states have
passed them in some way. I'm sure whether they would apply in this
situation would vary greatly from state to state.

businesses by employees or customers who contracted covid-19 in that
business / by utilizing that business' services. If so, I would think that
neither callers nor local dance groups would need liability insurance
coverage to cover covid-19 or covid related things.
