Yes, that's the correct way for a normal BecketĀ
The way I remember is, the couple who were in the "1's" position before the
circle-left-one-place-into-Becket will still progress down the set as expected

Hi,
When I check the dance out, the progression is to the left (clockwise).
Someone help me with the terminology, I thought this was the usual way
for a Becket to progress, or can it be either way?

Hi all,
The folks in the band I work with are keen to play the tune Road to
Kerrigouach. Several of them are certain that they have heard it
played at contra dances but they think that there are only certain
dances that would work with it. One person remembers dancing to it
with Mary Cay Brass playing and another remembers dancing it with
Crowfoot playing and Nils Fredland calling. Do any of you have a
suggestion about a dance that would work with this tune? Slow and
dreamy?
Thanks,
Delia
