Hi, Guys -
I want to collect contras where there is no wait-out at the end of the
line. A dance that comes to mind is Three Thirty-Three, because of the
grand R&L up and down the line. Can you name others? and other figures
that make a no wait-out possible?

Recently I called Maia McCormick's Train Delay
<https://contra.maiamccormick.com/dances.html#traindelay> to a crowd of eight.
There's a 16 count shadow interaction that sends you back to your partner for a 16
count swing. When the people on the ends do that, they're effectively in for half of
the dance, even when "waiting out." I suspect many other shadow dances may have
this dynamic.

think it's cute that it also ends up looking kinda like a square with eight.

Thank you all for your no-wait suggestions! I have been thinking also of
other dance types where dancers who are 'out' can still participate in
certain whole-group figures. I'm thinking of the big ring in CDS Reel by
Ted Sannella and what I call a 'paperclip promenade' as in Martha's Choice
by Gene Hubert.
I like to keep dancers active and involved. Thanks again!

Any dance where dancers progress to a couple with which they do not end up with is, to
some extent, is a no-wait contra.
