I don't have the name, but I do have one thought on it. I would avoid using the word "rotate" to describe the cross/loop move -- it could be misinterpreted by the dancers. I've generally heard this called "circulate" -- a word that isn't used any other way in contra dancing, and doesn't have an obvious meaning otherwise. Hi Lisa I recently called Nantucket Sleigh Ride (one of my favorites!) It has an unusual figure, and no circle or partner swing ..... (I save that for dessert at the end of the dance!)
