[Callers] Re: The Spiral Dance

Locally, this is known as the Serpentine dance. I and another caller have regularly called it at Old Town State Park for regular dancers and park visitors. The choreo is largely improvised, with certain moves being regularly used. It helps if some of the dancers are experienced or otherwise know what will happen so that when you (the caller/dance leader) approaches them you can duck between them to lead the line through itself (one possible move in the dance). Here are my notes on Serpentine.
