[Callers] Looking for name and author of this dance

I saw an interesting dance video from Austin's 2008 Fire Ant Frolic festival on the web recently.  It can be found at the following address: http://www.strimoo.com/video/14265122/contra-dance-Vimeo.html I'd like to call it but I'd also like to know the name and author.  I couldn't find a contact for the caller, so I thought I'd pass it out to the community.  Can anyone tell me what the dance is? In the event you can't access the video, here are the moves and timing as I interpreted them.  It's a duple improper dance. A1: Starting in ocean waves of four across the set, Rory O'More balance and slides.
