Hi Amy,
Do you and Avi want to start with a waltz? Just you two? You two for a short
time-- that Kodak moment-- and then invite everyone to join in? Snowball waltz--
you waltz together then each invites someone else in and so on? Or skip the
waltz and just do the lambada? I suspect this hasn't been The First Thing On
