You're right, that's not really clear.
If you were doing a medley at a dance where not everyone was
super-experienced, I would hope that the experienced dancers in the
community would ask newer folks to dance to prevent them from clumping
together.

I am also curious as to what you mean for the "experience dancers" to
actually do when they "help out?"
