Any dances where it not a gender free dance and the flirting is between same
genders?

Of course they all are, to some degree, but I wonder what comes to
mind for you when you think of a flirtatious contra. (And what would
be the characteristics of a flirty dance for you. As someone with
long experience in English dance I think there can be exciting
flirtatious connection without a lot of touching.)
As someone with lots of dance experience but relatively little calling
experience (who also pays little attention to specific dances or dance
names), I'll just comment a bit on the characteristics point:
I know you'll agree for starters that experienced dancers can make a flirt
out of anything. But I would suggest that a dance where you're constantly
having to figure out what you're doing is at least somewhat anti-flirting,
so avoid "difficult" dances.
I find that moving toward a person into a gypsy (or any other move that
allows eye contact) is more flirting than standing still or turning in place
into a gypsy. I don't find ring balance flirty. I find lines forward/back
more flirty with a partner from the repetition, less so with neighbor or
other.
