Online, Elderly Instruments has them - I bought one
last year. It's
pretty good, though you'll have to find little extra bits of grippy
stuff to keep it stable on the mic stand. I used a tip of a pressure
curtain rod and bits of that shelf stuff you get at the grocery store
that is so...rubbery sticky grippy.
