Hi Bronwyn,
I called "Sleepwalking" at a dance last night and it was a big hit.
Thanks for writing and publishing it. Now I'm going to have to
check out the other dances on your web site.

PS: Following the links I discovered you are a weaver, too. I like
the double weave "green thing" quite a bit. I weave, and I know
Paula McFarling in Columbia, MO is a weaver and a caller. I wonder
how many other weavers have discovered contra or vice versa.

I wrote a couple dances to fill gaps in the
program at this evening's
Pittsburgh dance, and they both went quite well. But since they were
inspired by a number of other dances there's a good chance they already
exist. Anybody recognize either of these?
I didn't get anybody recognizing these as existing dances, but I got a
couple requests for names. The dances are now named and posted on my
website at http://www.dancingwoods.com/dance/dances.html .
