I dont get the digest.
I love all of the ideas and suggestions also.
I get 200+ emails a day.
I cannot tell what a reply is directed to if the original message is not within the
reply. I have no way of knowing just which email, with the same subject line, is being
referred to.
I like the continuous thread within an email to tell me all of the past conversation. I
would like everyone to include the past posts, so I can follow that thread. Separate
disparate emails do not follow a common thread. I get so many emails that looking to see
which reply is to what email doesnt make sense, and takes soooo much time.
Sorry to express an opposing view, but just as there are those who get the digest that
dont like all of the repetition within 1 email, I think that is a far easier issue to
ignore than having 20 email in my inbox about 1 topic, and not know who is replying to
whom, or what sequence those email should be in. And, time of the email does not indicate
order that they should necessarily be in. I have often gotten replies (the RE: ...) to a
topic before the original email about that topic has even reached my inbox.
Just another point of view,

I get these emails as a digest.
I love the list and all the great ideas.
I don't love scrolling and scrolling and scrolling past previous emails.
So when you reply to a message please snip off everything but perhaps, a portion of the
one you are responding to.
Thanks,
