[Callers] Anyone know author of "Dancing Wave(s)"?

I picked this dance up from Hank Morris at the very fine dance weekend "Moon Dance", at Table Rock State Park in SC. As I recall, he didn't know the author either. I enjoyed it when I danced it, and I enjoyed it when I called it Saturday night. I'm wondering if you know the author? Unknown if it is Wave or Waves. Title: Dancing Wave(s?)
