Yes there have been multiple sightings of Hull's Victory Here in central Illinois on Aug 19,  (i) a local fiddler, while bicycling in the country roads just east of Urbana, saw a cumulus  cloud formation which resembled a warship chasing after a slightly larger warship.  Visible cirrus clouds seemed to form projectiles directed between the two ships.
