Applause for this topic and these suggestions. It seems to me that taking care and
spending a few extra seconds when replying to messages requires some of the skills that
make a good caller: consideration for your audience, attention to detail, careful and
deliberate choices. By the same token, an occasional lapse is always forgiven graciously
since we all make mistakes.
