That gets them weaving, then you just need to handle the end effects when you have a line rather than a circle. I usually use Flirtation Reel next since it sets up a nice symmetrical position where everyone starts right shoulder at the same time. And I dance it the first time using hands to pull by. The hands helps them to turn the easy way at the end of the line. You just need to tell them to make a loop as they turn at the end of the line to take up some time, and NOT to offer a hand - wait to see which hand you are being offered by the person coming out of the hey - they know which one it is! Once you drop the hands, remind them to look at the person they pass and they will turn the easy way at the end of the line.
