This is one of the adaptations of an English Country Dance,
"Companions." (I don't know how to spell the author's last

It's currently a fairly popular dance, judging by youtube.
There's been other adaptations of the original English Country
Dance. Barb Kirchner has written one, "Significant Companions."
Martha Wild has also written one, "Heather's Cookie," which I
really like, and has a full pousette before the hey. There may be
more out there.
