Thank you Greg. I am looking for a mixer, probably a circle mixer, that is fun and
interesting for regular contra dancers, not new dancers, and not for a festival or a ONS.
I have, for instance, Esmeralda’s Revenge (and the easier versions January mixer and
Atlanta mixer); I have Teds mixer. So something maybe in the middle of those two.
Something not so involved that people will scratch their heads, and with flow.

Laurie,
With the vast diversity of interests and types of dance on
this list...can
you be a little more specific about the "regular" dance
series you are
planning to call fun mixers for?
Is it a square dance series; a "barn dance" series, an
English country,
advanced contra, an open, public contra dance; or some
mixture thereof?
(I am trying not to make assumptions before I comment on
such things.)

I haven't had the opportunity to collect any
mixers
while dancing around
this year (they are sometimes few and far
between) and
so - here I am!
Thanks in advance.
