What are your favorite high-energy dances, especially those with lots of
balances and without heys? My search of my books has yeilded very few.
Wouldn't call this a "favorite" (because I haven't had a chance to
field-test it properly), but you might like this (I sincerely doubt
anyone has written a non-joking contra with more balances):
