You know, I spent a lot of time in 2nd Life a couple of years ago, but my
avatar got lost & is somewhere out on the fringes. I walk & walk & fly &
fly & never run into anyone. I can't imagine finding the dance anywhere in
there anyway.

I'm glad to hear that the author of the
original post is at least making
some decent money teaching square dancing in
Second Life, considering the
rather low wage scale of callers in the real world, but I'm amazed to read
that he's from Massachusetts.
The author of the original post wrote it as an April Fools Joke and sent it
to a MWSD caller's list, trying to get a few to bite (i.e., fall for the
joke) by appealing to
1) A way to make money, and
2) The issue is dancing in second life count as dancing (like we are
discussing here)
I am happy to continue reading discussion on this but people should realize
the initial post which I forwarded to this list was originally an April
Fools Joke about square dancing in second life.
