Agreed about keeping the dances longer than the instruction time!
My general principle is I'd like to have the time doing the dance be at
least 1-2 times as long as the instruction.
However, there can be exceptions. If there weren't then some awesome dances
would be lost. For example, there's no way to teach Hyde Park in less than
the 2:30 it takes to perform it (twice!).
