Thank you for the information. Karen, I have had requests when producing events, which is not so surprising. In this case and most cases the participant is an independent contractor, contracted by the school (producer) which would lead me to think the insurance burden is on the school (producer). Times may be changing. Name - I realized after posting that my name was not included, I assumed that it would be, but I was wrong :) Happy New Year, Tod Whittemore Northeast CT
