Also true if you have insurance through the National Folk Organization. I've had
these requests every so often but by no means a majority of the time.

If you carry insurance thru CDSS or Callerlab, they should be able to help provide
certificate.

This is the first such request I have received as caller hired by an institution. Any
suggestions on how to handle this request? Is this becoming common? Is this an
