The move at the beginning of B2 is usually called a "men's chain" -- at
least here in Saint Louis. It's not a common move, but it's not unheard of.
Does the roll-away into gent's leading to next set work smoothly? I would
worry about the gent's momentum being the wrong direction as a result of
catching his partner. Does the name "Slingshot" come from that move?
That being said, it looks like it would be worth a try.

I saw a dance I liked on a mail list and tried it.
However, there was one
move I wanted to change. In trying to change that move I found that I had
completely changed the whole dance!
It works in my living room. Does it work for you? What else is similar?
