Dear All,
I'm doing a dance for folks in a retirement community. I'd appreciate
any thoughts about the "bulletproof" dances you use for an older and I
suspect slower group. Please share.
Don Bell's "Newcastle Circle Mixer" is excellent, and customizable.
It's written with a set and turn single, but you can do a step and honor
and it works great. There's a lot of hand contact, too, which can be
good if your dancers wobble at all.
