In your case, Tod (if that's your name, you didn't write it anywhere),
Hitchcock was asking to be named as a co-insured party for the event. You
would then contact your insurer and have them add Hitchcock. There may be a
fee for doing that. They could then probably email the revision to the
person at Hitchcock who needs it.
