The thing I like about the Sherosa system I use is that it has only two
components:
1) The headset, which has a rechargeable battery built in (so there's no
separate battery pack; you just put the headset on and turn it on), and
2) A tiny receiver plug-in (also battery powered) that you plug directly
into the sound system.
The package includes both of these, along with a dual recharging cable.
I've also found it has really good battery life! A charge lasts over
multiple gigs.
