Yes they do. Sidmouth has always had lots of dance. There was a time when the social
dancers felt they were being side-lined,
and many of the regulars stopped going, but this will be Gareth's third year of
running the dancing and he's doing a great job and
has a lot of credibility with the dancers, so I'd say it's on the up again.
Unlike camps such as Pinewoods in the States, the
numbers are not limited by the number of cabins or the size of the dining hall - people
stay in hotels, bed-and-breakfast places,
tents on one of the the three campsites, or may just turn up for a weekend or a day.
