Bob, I agree with your assessment on all points. I might still have an audio recording of most of an evening program of Gene’s from back in the mid 80s. My old band played for part of his dance at the Webberville, MI fire hall. I also applaud the work of those who organized the Square Dance History Project. John B. Freeman
