Just to add a tiny detail. With the students at my school, my last call with the current
neighbors is always "Now face your neighbors... Say thank-you! ... And take your
partner and find new neighbors." The kids seem to enjoy the moment of courtesy.

Sometimes the Circles and Stars become 16 steps instead of 8, especially with children
involved.
