I share Jeff Raymond's comments -- I suspect the primary interest was more toward HOW the various numbers, groupings, categories, etc., were arranged, not what numbers a specific organization entered into each box. I'd love to see how a spreadsheet was set up so that other dance groups could adapt and utilize a good set of reports -- and I think (hope?) that was the original intent of the first post.
