Hello Dance Organizers,

a reminder, in case you haven't yet offered it, that we'd love your
input as we plan a conference for dance organizers, November 11-13, 2011
in the Upper Valley region of NH/VT (Hanover/Norwich area.)

of for the Dance Flurry in February?

New subject: [Organizers] Flurry Shared Weight meeting
Hi Don,
Unfortunately, it looks like I won't be attending Flurry this year. But
feel free to use this list to organize a gathering of people there. I
would appreciate hearing about how it goes if you do decide to set
something up.

Thanks, Chris; I'll let you know what happens. The very first issue
would be a place to gather. The tables out front of the main dance
hall are generally very much taken. I'll ask my volunteer crew leader
to lead me on that.
