[Musicians] Band workshop

Hi all… Just wanted to share some info on a band workshop I’ll be leading on Sunday, August 2nd. Hope to see some of y’all there! Banding Together: A master class for all dance musicians Looking for tips and tricks to take your band to the next level? Join us for a fabulous event with keyboardist Jeffrey Spero (Syncopaths, Rhythm Raptors) as he shows how to make dancers whoop with delight. Topics will include arrangements, how to make a cohesive sound for your band, how to play specifically for dancers, creating tune medleys and setlists, communicating with callers, matching tunes to dances, keeping your band going during a pandemic, and other topics of your choosing! This workshop is geared toward all band members, regardless of instrument. Due to popular demand, this is a repeat (with some updates!) of the workshop from May 17th.
