How about getting someone who is on the lower end of the 20-34 age
range to actually submit the listing?

What are the demographics of the folks that are

this
summer, you already have at least some of 20-34 year old folks

were all
in that age range too. Would it help to point that out to them,
and
let them know that you're hoping to increase that by advertising in
their publication?

I was a bit frustrated by a reply I received from a MetroMix
editor,
regarding the advertising of
Rochester NY's Weekly Thursday Contra.

your
listing
feeling that it's not appropriate for our target demo of 20-34."
Has anyone experienced this sort of rebuff? What is the

deal with it?
The advertising is free, so the only way I can think is to get
the
person
to a dance.
