[Organizers] Organizers Digest, Vol 19, Issue 2

Trying to catch up on all this discussion!

I don't know if anyone's mentioned but CDSS has recently sent out a few
messages trying to connect with callers who are working in French and/or
Spanish in addition to English.  It's probably worth touching base with
them.
