[Organizers] Lower attendance at dances

[Lex Spoon via Organizers]

In Atlanta, there's no obvious trend in attendance over the course of the
year. Here are the last few months' numbers (average dancers at each dance,
which is weekly):

April: 101
May: 80
June: 80
July: 121
August: 115
September: 109
October: 89
November: 94

I can't speak to the multi-year trend; I know Bill Porter has all that data
accumulated.
