[Organizers] "Notice of Nonrenewal" of group's general liability insurance

The coverage offered by the National Folk Organization, if it covers community dance series and/or weekends (ECD, contra, etc.), would be a bargain since the NFO membership cost appears quite modest. Their website describes their insurance as follows: "The National Folk Organization has liability insurance coverage available for its members who lead dance classes. This insurance is free to NFO members and is provided through Marsh Affinity Group Services, a service of Seabury & Smith, Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa." So my question to NFO would be whether they would cover the kinds of dance events which, e.g., our affiliate, North Bay Country Dance Society (NBCDS), puts on -- regular ECD and contra dance series, Morris performances, dance weekends, etc. NBCDS is a CDSS affiliate and gets our liability insurance through CDSS.

Full disclosure -- I am also a CDSS Board member and encourage dance organizations to be members of and take advantage of CDSS services!

Investigate the National Folk Organization, which includes insurance as part of an inexpensive annual group membership. I forget the carrier.
