Hi folks,

A local English country dance group has noticed that I use lightweight PA systems for all of my smaller gigs.   They have asked me to advise them about which products are available that are easy to carry and lift, and will cost them (hopefully much) less than $1,000.    This would be a mixer and 2 speakers.   I would think they are looking for speakers lighter than 20 pounds.

They dance in a hall that is approximately 25 x40 with very good acoustics, and their average attendance is 30 quiet dancers.

I own two very lightweight systems which I do not think will satisfy them (Custom PA 50 and DB K300).

They work fine for my family and community dances, but the English dance community is looking for higher quality sound.
