It would make us more community oriented and friendly if we would remember to include our name, as well as where we are writing from. I get frustrated with not knowing who is sending out these posts.

Is there a way that the settings in this list can include a name? Probably not, based on my experience with other lists. If it only provides one’s email address, that often does not include an actual name.

In your case, Tod (if that's your name, you didn't write it anywhere), Hitchcock was asking to be named as a co-insured party for the event. You would then contact your insurer and have them add Hitchcock. There may be a fee for doing that. They could then probably email the revision to the person at Hitchcock who needs it.
