I have used a couple of different homeopathic remedies for my voice, but usually after I have vocal fatigue.  Water, water, water, and efficient use of voice is the best voice care.

Another voice helper for me is a wireless mic — so I can be on the floor and both consciously and unconsciously monitor my own vocal levels.  Being on stage without a vocal monitor (and with the regular monitors blasting the band’s music at them) is a sure bet I have vocal fatigue, if not hoarseness, at the end of a night.

Kalia,

I often put a couple of herbal cough drops in my water bottle and let them dissolve.  There is also an Herbal Tea from Celestial Seasonings that was designed to help your throat.

Sometimes in the autumn season, I have to use a little Benadryl to help with allergies.  I buy a 25 mg tablet and cut it in half.  (I suspect that is from raking and blowing leaves.)

Are these homeopathic or is there actual stuff in the bottle?
