My favourite, also for a long set is 'Waves of the Sea' - my super-simplified Waves of Tory. Lines forward & back twice, cast and lead up the middle, dip and dive (for as long as I feel like) till I say Swing. Random progression - which is how Waves of Tory often ends up. Takes a while to teach the dip and dive but they enjoy having 'got it'. Unphrased but if you call the last Swing near the end of a tune you and the band can finish together.

Ridge - it sounds like you need to attend Pourparler, where you will meet a gang of people each with a list as long as your arm of the kind of dances you are looking for. Pourparler 2018 will be in San Antonio, Nov 1-4.
