I don't do dances where gender any kind of a thing at ONS dances.
It only matters in some squares and some contras. There are even easy contras where it's irrelevant.
Just state at the get-go "anyone can have anyone as a partner. Ask you partner what pronouns are preferable. It's all about fun!"
