Ask Tony Parkes.  He wrote the dance.  Failing that, use a good well phrased Quebecois tune.

Hi Claire,

I haven't heard of a tune being matched with Shadrack's Delight. As
far as I know, any contra tune could do.

Why not send the band the dance card and see what they come up with?

(I could tell you about the time the band played Red Wing for the Levi
Jackson Rag... it was much enjoyed by all, even though the dance was
specifically written for a different tune!)
