We do mini save-the-date flyers (4 to a 8.5"x11" page) that have QR codes and short URL links to registration.
We are debating the impact (and org expense) of mailing brochures to weekend past and present weekend event participants or interested parties.
Our team is split in their opinions and so wanted to reach out for thoughts and experiences.
The brochure will be available to view and download from website.
