In Greenfield, MA we are not accepting recent infection as a substitute for vaccination. The only thing close to that is for the several series that are requiring the bivalent booster, people are being given a 3 month grace period after a recent infection before they are required to have that booster. Otherwise, all series are requiring the initial shots plus at least one booster, and about half are currently requiring the bivalent.
