Hi Larry, all the responses sundar are right on. May I suggest you be sure
to put your event on all your local on line calendar of events pages ?
Each city had tons! Local paper, Visitor bureau, Etc. Is there a Meet up
group for dance in your area? That might be a good resource as well.
When new people come to our dances, more often than not they've heard about
it online. Either by local events pages or FB.
I don't have any experience organizing weekend events, but wish you luck!
CDSS can be a great resource too!
