thanks for the question - I need to hear what organizers are relaying. I hear way too many
rants to see clearly. I understand what my community(s) at this time want/need/feel but
want to be prepared for any transitions that may come in the future. Or prepare future
leaders (and those organizations sponsoring the dances) for it.

For those of you who have transitioned to ungendered dances, was the transition slow or
was it abrupt? Was a vote held by the membership or by the dance committee. Did you
