I don't have any suggestions re: a particular facilitator, but you might get good ideas and inspiration from the CDSS Portal.

On that page is a link to a comprehensive guide to facilitating discussions among organizers.  Many thought-provoking topics, including field-tested activities and resources.

You may decide that you don't need an expert to come in from outside your group, but that 1-2 people among those of you planning to attend can facilitate something quite juicy on your own.
