What I hear from my local community (I'm an organizer in other neighboring communities
as well) is they would be confused by that sort of change to a traditional dance. And, no
one is asking for it. If we were to transition non bird references would be further
explored.

For those of you who have transitioned to ungendered dances, was the transition slow or
was it abrupt? Was a vote held by the membership or by the dance committee. Did you
