Trying to catch up on all this discussion!

I don't know if anyone's mentioned but CDSS has recently sent out a few messages trying to connect with callers who are working in French and/or Spanish in addition to English.  It's probably worth touching base with them.

Do you know this caller? I've wanted to dance to her ever since I stumbled
across this video snippet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V28zWsX3lWc
But I don't travel to dance much these days, and AFAIK she has not been out
this way. This is a square, but there's no reason you couldn't do contras
this way.

I'm not sure, but there aren't many female Quebec Square Callers so there's
a high chance this is Yaelle Azoulay. She calls in Montreal for the Quebec
folk at least once a year.
I find in general Quebec Square callers do not sync the timing of their
calls to the music as much as contra callers do, possibly because it's way
harder to say a figure name in French in four beats!
But many people have recommended that I contact Susan Kevra who has called
in France so I sent her an email.
Thanks!

You might also ask Jackie Hall in Sherbrooke/Lennoxville. I've bcc'ed her.

Yes, definitely talk with Susan Kevra.  I have heard her do bilingual calling, switching back and forth seamlessly between English and French.  She called at the Ooh La La weekend several years ago too.
